I worked with Sharon to find my first house in Northern New Jersey, moving from an apartment. She helped to find listings that worked for my family, and we settled on a house in West Orange. She was also the seller's agent on the home, but she maintained a professionalism with the process and distanced herself whenever appropriate, including looping in other unbiased Weichert agents for the negotiation process. She was very responsive and worked hard make sure everything went off smoothly. She also has a number of contractors for various household jobs (painting, roofing, flooring, etc.) that she can recommend for work if needed. Sharon went above and beyond what most people would expect from a realtor. She is a bundle of energy. She never acted like anything was too much to ask of her or her assistant. I was living a distance away from the property that was being sold and she and her assistant kept a close eye on the property, let inspectors and repair people in to do things so that I didn't have to keep running back and forth.
